Register a warranty

Before your warranty can be registered, your Potterton Commercial heating product needs to have been commissioned. To book your commissioning with Potterton Commercial please complete our book a commission form.

Do you need to register a warranty?

If your boiler was purchased from 1st January 2020 and has been commissioned by Potterton Commercial (or an appointed agent) your product will have automatically been registered for a 5 year parts and labour warranty*

(*see terms and conditions).

If your product has not been commissioned by Baxi Commercial Solutions, then please complete the warranty registration form below and supply the required documents. Subject to registration within 30 days of commissioning. Where multiple appliances have been installed, please complete a new form for each product.
