Baxi Commercial Division will be exhibiting on Stand E30 at Building Services 2012, the official CIBSE Conference & Exhibition, at London Olympia on 10-11 October 2012. On show will be a selection of high efficiency condensing products and low to zero carbon (LZC) technologies together with innovative integration solutions available from Andrews Water Heaters, Potterton Commercial and Baxi-SenerTec UK, through its 'one-stop-shop facility. Expert assistance will also be on hand with regard to specification and application technology, including an introduction to the recently introduced Baxi Commercial Division Building Information Modelling - BIM libraries.
Anticipating that the utilisation of electronic co-ordinated, collaborative project and asset data will eventually be adopted across the UK construction sector, Baxi Commercial Division has led the way in developing and launching a library of BIM content for all its condensing and LZC products. This provides data enriched 3D models which engineers can select and import directly into BIM design projects.
The Andrews Water Heaters SOLARflo solar thermal package, offers a range of solar thermal collectors of varying designs - flat plate, evacuated tube and heat pipe - to suit any commercial application. SOLARflo or AMBIflo, an air to water heat pump, both offer preheat solutions as part of an integrated system . They are compatible with the MAXXflo or NEOflo condensing direct fired stainless steel storage water heaters, ECOflo with its latest controls, FASTflo or any of the constant flow condensing water heaters or Potterton Commercial condensing boilers.
From Potterton Commercial, the iHE commercial combination boiler is a pioneering product in the UK H&V market. This produces space heating and hot water from a bank of condensing heat engines and a secondary storage cylinder, all enclosed within one cabinet, room sealed, with vertical or horizontal flue options. Utilising stainless steel heat exchangers for hot water production, the condensing heat engines, with premix modulating gas burners achieve 96% gross efficiency. Other Potterton Commercial condensing boiler ranges represented include the Eurocondense three, having one of the smallest footprints available for its output, Paramount three and Sirius two WH, LZC Technologies include the A-cubed absorption air source heat pump.
The Dachs mini-CHP from Baxi-SenerTec UK will be on the stand illustrating how micro generation can be speedily integrated with existing services to reduce a building's carbon footprint and energy consumption.
